Welcome to photolab.ie, a service provided by Bridgemedia.ie. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using photolab.ie, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the printing service provided by photolab.ie.
"User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account and uses our services.
"We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Bridgemedia.ie, based in Dublin, Ireland.
3. User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Product Information
We offer photograph printing services of your photographs. All images submitted by you must comply with our guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse any project that violates these guidelines.
5. Payment
Payments for prints are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you have the right to use that payment method. You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method.
6. Delivery
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will deliver your prints to the address you provided during checkout. We only deliver to EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted if requested before the order is processed. Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued. If there is an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
8. User Content
By uploading images and content to photolab.ie, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content as necessary for the service. You affirm that you have the rights to the content you upload.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on photolab.ie are owned by Bridgemedia.ie or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgemedia.ie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
